    PERMANENT  MEXICO RESIDENCY VISA/CARD  STATUS: Authorizes a foreigner (Non
    Mexican)  to reside  in  Mexico Indefinitely,  with the possibility of obtaining a work permit
    with multiple entries ,  subject to a job offer.

    STEPS TO  APPLY FOR PERMANENT MEXICO RESIDENT VISA/CARD:

    STEP 1: Apply for  Permanent  Residency  Visa in the nearest Mexican Consulate or
    Embassy where you reside.

    STEP 2: Once approved by the Mexican Consulate or Embassy  you will need to apply for
    the Permanent Residency card in the corresponding Mexico Immigration office (INM)
    where you will reside.


    Who qualify for Permanent  Mexico Residency?
  1. Applicants  with  ties  to Mexican Citizens  or foreigners (Non Mexican) residing in Mexico
    with  temporary  or permanent residency status
  2. Applicants with job offer;  stating the occupation, physical address,  temporarily and proof
    of future employer ID registration number within Mexico Immigration
  3. Retired Applicants whom can proof a monthly income of about $2,500.00, U.S.  
  4. Applicants with  Temporary Residency status  for   four years    
  5. Applicants with investments or bank accounts averaging  $100.000.00, U.S. per month

STEP 1 PROCESS: Apply for Mexico Visa outside Mexico, service includes the following:

  1. Find the consulate  where you need to apply for visa
  2. Prepare the Visa application for Permanent Residency for the Mexican Consulate
  3. Revise list of document for temporary  resident Visa
  4. Supported documents
  5. Advise how to qualify for permanent residency
  6. Advise how to proceed in your interview and after in case additional information is  
    required
  7. Make the appointment for visa interview if require
  8. Unlimited email and phone calls in to clear  any doubts

Visa process  time is about  1 to 10 business days and  the cost is $36.00, payable in the   
Mexican Consulate.

STEP 2 PROCESS: 1 to 180 days after the visa is approved in the Mexican Consulate must
apply for the PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD in the corresponding INM office where you will
reside in Mexico, service includes the following:

  1. FMM FORM orientation
  2. On line application for  Permanent Residency Card at the INM
  3. (Formato Basico) Supplemental application for Permanent  Residency Card
  4. BANK FORM for Mexico Government fees to be paid in any bank on behalf of the INM
  5. Assistance to interpret  Email notification after  you file
  6. Track your  application on line and let you know when you need to go for finger prints
  7. Track your application on line  and let you know when you need to pick up your card
  8. Photos size orientation
  9. INM address
  10. Orientation how to exit Mexico, if you need to come to U.S.A. while you application is in
    process  if needed
  11. Step by step orientation in writing and by phone how to file your application

Permanent Resident Card Process is about 3 to 4 weeks and the fee is $4,289.00, Mexico
Currency,  payable via direct deposit in any Mexico Bank of behalf of Mexico Immigration,
this fee in indefinitely, life time.

    Service fee for Permanent Residency paperwork preparation and advise  is $350.00,   
    $175.00, dollars non refundable deposit is  require  to start the process and the balance
    will due once we provide second set of paperwork for the INM in MEXICO, with
    instructions.
